Performance:

The 4 lt can covers an average of 17 m2. Its performance may vary according to the porosity conditions of the surface where it is installed.

Storage:

This product is flammable, follow local codes for storage of this type of product. Keep away from all sources of fire, sparks or welding, keep it in places with sufficient ventilation.

Installation

1. Clean the surface of grease, oil, paint and stains.
2. Install the first coat of SellaFácil with a roller or brush in a thin layer and allow to dry.
3. Install a second coat and let dry.

Before application:

• Make sure the surface is free of dust or any other debris.
• Cover any plants or other objects to protect them from possible contamination.
• Wear gloves and protective glasses.
• You can use a sprinkler for your application.
• For difficult stains (concentrate):
• Apply concentrated D-Grix to dry surfaces.
• Scrub the stained area with a firm bristle brush.
• Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the product to act.
• Rinse thoroughly with a hose using the highest pressure possible. Excess product residue may interfere with the penetration of other protective products.
• If necessary repeat the process. In most cases one application will be sufficient.
• Be sure to water surrounding plants and grass before and after application.

For general cleaning (diluted):

• Dilute D-Grix with water in equal amounts (50/50) in a spray bottle. Apply to clean, dry surface by spraying a coat of the product.
• Wait 5 to 15 minutes.
• Scrub lightly with a broom.
• Rinse thoroughly with a hose using the highest pressure possible. Excess product residue may interfere with the penetration of other protective products.
• Be sure to water surrounding plants and grass before and after application.
