One Deck
OneDeck is a high strength coating system for hardened concrete. It consists of a modified polymer that is highly resistant to water and abrasion.
Category: Other Systems
Description
Uses:
For interior or exterior concrete surfaces. For walkways, driveways, parking lots damaged by chemicals and salts. Restores the appearance of patios, decks and pools.
Benefits:
An economical alternative to restore and beautify damaged concrete surfaces. Serves as a low temperature and chemical protection. Excellent vapor transmitter that protects against blistering, spalling and peeling.
Performance:
For the base coat of OneDeck the yield is 10 to 12 m²/bulk, for the top coat the yield will be 12m². The average yield for base and topcoat is 6.5 m² per bag.
Presentation:
One bag of OneDeck powder contains 22.5 kg and one can of OneDeck dye contains the equivalent of 4 cups.
Safety
May cause eye and skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. Wear a dust mask when installing OneDeck.
Warranty:
This product is warranted to be of uniform quality with manufacturing tolerances. Both the manufacturer and the authorized distributor can only replace that portion of the product which proves to be defective. Neither the manufacturer nor the distributor shall be liable for any loss, direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse or incompetence in the use of the product.

Surface diagnosis and preparation.
Inspection:
The concrete surface should be structurally sound and free of contaminants and coatings such as paint and sealers.
Clean and degrease:
Clean the concrete surface with Rotec degreaser and water. Wash the surface with a coarse bristle broom. If you notice that the pore of the concrete surface is too tight, you can wash with a solution of 5 parts water to 1 part muriatic acid. Apply the solution with a sprayer. Scrub the surface with a coarse bristle broom and rinse the entire area with sufficient water. area with sufficient water.

Cracks:
OneDeck is NOT guaranteed to stop cracking caused by dynamic bridging or bonding, or movement caused by thermal or tensile structure oscillations. Construction joints and expansion joints must be considered when applying the material. If cracks are present in the concrete, they should be cleaned and opened with a 1/4" deep by 1/4" wide grinder. Before applying OneDeck underlayment, wet the crack and fill with OneDeck not to exceed 1/2" of product and allow to dry before proceeding.
Underlayment Application:
Mix one 50 lb (22.5 kg) bag of OneDeck powder with 5 liters of water. If a colored undercoat is desired, follow the formulas on the color chart to obtain the desired shades. Apply a very thin coat of OneDeck to the wet concrete surface with a sponge squeegee (can also be applied with a trowel).
Application of the finish:
Once the OneDeck base has dried, place the stencil on the concrete surface, making sure it is well stretched and sufficiently fixed to the surface. Mix a 22.5 kg (50 lb) bag of OneDeck powder with 4 liters of water and add the amount of OneDeck ink indicated in the color chart formulas to obtain the desired color.
Ironed Texture:
Using a trowel apply OneDeck with sufficient pressure to reach the desired texture. Maintain the same pressure the entire time the trowel is used and always in the same direction.
Bubble texture:
Set the compressor to a pressure of 15 to 25 psi, depending on the output nozzle of the gun. Shoot OneDeck at a distance of approximately 40-50 cm from the floor. Be careful not to move the stencil. A third coat of OneDeck can be applied to give different contrasts.
Sealing:
Once the surface is completely dry and clean apply Rotec Clear Sealer by brush and industrial roller applying two coats. For pedestrian traffic, the surface should be allowed to dry for 24 hours and for vehicular traffic 72 hours.
